Mandy Boylan is the Lead of People and Change Readiness at Rio Tinto, where they manage a team that supports talent pipelines and recruitment strategies for Aboriginal people. Throughout an almost twenty-year career, they have worked on numerous Indigenous engagement projects in both the private and public sectors. Previously, Mandy held various roles, including National HR Manager at Macmahon Contractors and Senior Consultant at Fluor and SKM Iron Ore Joint Venture, where they significantly enhanced Indigenous employment programs. Mandy's academic background includes a Graduate Diploma in HR Development from Curtin University and studies in Psychology, Organisational Psychology, and Sociology at Murdoch University.
