Patrick Skinner has over a decade of experience in engineering and management roles. Currently serving as Supervisor HSA Pressure Plants at Rio Tinto since September 2019, Patrick previously held the position of Chief Engineer and Maintenance Manager at Clearwater Seafoods LP from November 2013 to May 2019. Patrick holds a degree in Power Engineering Technology from Nova Scotia Community College, where studies were completed between 1997 and 1998.
