Rob Gold

Rob Gold is an experienced professional in the mining and resource sector, currently serving as the Manager of Technology Project Services at Rio Tinto since February 2021, where the focus is on enhancing exploration through technology. Prior roles include Principal Productivity Exploration & Evaluation for Copper at Rio Tinto, Research Portfolio Manager at the Minerals Research Institute of Western Australia, and various leadership positions at BHP, including Principal Resource Engineering & Geoscience. Gold has also held key roles at Jonah Coal and Anglo American, demonstrating extensive expertise in resource evaluation, geoscience, and project management.
