Shane Millard is an experienced finance and supply chain executive who currently serves as the Performance and Value Lead for Southern Hemisphere at Rio Tinto. Previously, Shane worked in various roles at BHP, including Head of Improvement - Commercial and Head of Finance - Cannington. Additionally, Shane held positions at BMA Coal as a Commercial Manager and at Iluka Resources as a Superintendent for Supply & Business Analysis.
