Solène Bache

Sérgio Oliveira is a seasoned marketing specialist consultant with a diverse background in telecommunications and information management. Currently with a consulting role since August 2019, Sérgio previously contributed to Vodafone from October 2006 to March 2019 in various capacities, including application testing focused on billing and charging control, and mobile testing to ensure device compliance. Earlier experience at Vodafone also included building an intranet for a tech support call center and providing second-level support interfacing with partners. Sérgio began the career in customer service roles at Netc ISP, culminating in a specialist position. Education was completed at Universidade Lusiada do Porto from 1989 to 1994.
