Tim Gray

Tim Gray is a principal geologist at Rio Tinto Exploration with twenty years of experience in mineral exploration. They have specialized in project generation across various commodities, including iron ore, uranium, and copper, with extensive work in Africa, east Asia, and Australia. Tim was previously responsible for uranium exploration in Namibia and has held multiple roles at Rio Tinto, including leading generative activities in Finland and Scandinavia. They earned a Ph.D. in Geology from the University of the Witwatersrand and a BSc in Geoscience with first-class honors from the University of Aberdeen.
