Michael Wu

Michael Wu is an experienced professional in the real estate and finance sectors, currently serving as the Coordinator of Asset Management at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust since May 2023. Previously, Michael held positions as the Coordinator of Investments at Allied Properties REIT and as the Vice President of Finance at the Ted Rogers Real Estate Association. Michael's career includes roles in finance and valuations, as well as experience in residential mortgages at Equitable Bank and sales at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment. Michael earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Real Estate Management from Ryerson University and is currently pursuing further education at Humber College.
