Patrick Smith, PMP, brings extensive experience in construction management, currently serving as AVP of Construction at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust since January 2017. Throughout the tenure at RioCan, Patrick has held multiple positions, including Director of Construction, Director of Capex Construction, Senior Manager of CAPEX Construction, and Manager of Capex Construction.
