Ben Decker

Ben Decker serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Publishing at Riot Games since 2022. Prior to this role, Ben held a notable tenure at Microsoft from 2009 to 2022, where responsibilities included General Manager of Gaming Services and General Manager of Xbox Strategy & Development, overseeing global marketing for Xbox services and leading corporate development and international expansion. Before Microsoft, Ben co-founded and operated 61 HOLDINGS LLC, creating a network of retail websites, and worked as a Product Manager at Green Dot Corporation, managing subscription products. Ben's earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University, an MBA from The Wharton School, and a Master of Arts in Organizational Sociology from Stanford University.
