Mark Ray

Mark Ray is the Lead Recruiter at Riot Games, where they support the growth of Riot Engineering & Design and build teams for player-facing features and innovative services. Previously, they served as Engagement Director and Lead Technical Recruiter at StartupTAP, where their responsibilities included full-cycle recruitment and promoting diversity and inclusion. Mark's experience also spans roles at Qualcomm, Overland Storage, Milestone Technologies, and Harris Corporation, where they honed their skill in network engineering and project management. Mark is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Assurance & Cyber Security at National University. A calorie enthusiast and competitive weightlifter, Mark enjoys playing games like World of Warcraft and League of Legends in their free time.
