Maureen Chu

Maureen Chu has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Maureen began their career as a Summer Associate at Bryan Cave in 2016 and subsequently worked as a Student Attorney at the American Indian Law Clinic at the University of Colorado Law School in 2016-2017. In 2017, they had the opportunity to intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as a Legal Intern. Maureen then joined Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP as a Corporate Associate from 2018 to 2022. Maureen later transitioned to Riot Platforms, Inc., where they served as an Associate General Counsel from June 2022 to January 2023, before becoming VP Associate General Counsel for M&A and Corporate Finance starting from January 2023. Throughout their career, Maureen has also shared their knowledge and skills as an LSAT Instructor at Kaplan Test Prep from 2015 to 2017.

Maureen Chu received their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Colorado between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English and American Literature from New York University from 2008 to 2011.
