Tracy Wardell

Tracy Wardell is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Finance Manager at Rip Curl since August 2019. Prior to this role, Tracy was the Assistant Financial Controller at Suncoast Casino from May 2013 to July 2019, where responsibilities included the preparation of monthly management and budget packs, ensuring compliance with IFRS, and managing staff oversight. Before Suncoast, Tracy worked as a Commercial Accountant at Kerry Ingredients South Africa (Pty) Ltd from June 2011 to April 2013, focusing on financial reporting and analysis for Sub Saharan Africa. Tracy began the career at PricewaterhouseCoopers from March 2008 to April 2011 as Accountant 4, managing audit teams and preparing financial statements. Tracy holds a BCom Accounting (Honours) degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, completed in 2007, and a Matric certificate from Westville Girl's High School, obtained in 2003.
