Ben Sabin is currently the Vice President of Retail Advisory at Ripco Real Estate and has been recognized as a 30 Under 30 honoree by Commercial Observer in 2023. Ben's career began as an Equity Research Summer Analyst at Wedbush Securities in 2015, followed by various roles at Ripco, including Executive Managing Director and Director, from 2018 to 2022. Prior to joining Ripco, Ben interned at CBRE in office leasing during 2016. Ben continues to expand their education at Charles University in Prague after earning a degree from Emory University in 2017.
