Sam Silver

Sam Silver has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career as a Research Assistant at RAND Corporation, where they conducted research for the military and public health sector. After that, Sam joined Hailo as a Go-to-Market Lead, overseeing the launch strategy and data reporting for their business-focused division. Following their time at Hailo, they worked at LearnLaunch Accelerator as a Portfolio Management, Product Analytics, and Design Advisor, where they provided support in various areas such as product analytics, design, and portfolio management.

Sam then moved on to Same But Different, where they held multiple roles. They first worked as a Web Development and Investment Consultant, handling web development, graphic design, and investment diligence. Later, they became a Serial Software Founder, focusing on AI and product development in both B2C and B2B markets.

In 2021, Sam joined Polymer Search as the Head of CX | UX, responsible for enhancing customer experience and user interface. They also had a role in Product Operations, analyzing user behavior and implementing processes to drive success.

Currently, Sam is a Co-Founder and COO at Ripe, a company specializing in crypto payments and off-ramps to e-wallets. They have received recognition through global hackathons and startup competitions and are supported by Stellar and Celo.

Throughout their career, Sam has demonstrated a wide range of skills and experience in areas such as research, product management, design, and entrepreneurship.

Sam Silver obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Oxford in 2013-2014. Prior to that, Sam earned a Bachelor of Arts with honors degree from the University of Redlands, majoring in Sociology and Anthropology. Additionally, Sam received a certification from Y Combinator's Startup School Online in June 2017.
