David C.

David C. currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for both Plumlogix and RipeMetrics since August 2023. Previously, David held the position of Chief Customer Officer at ECI Software Solutions from May 2017 to June 2023, leading a large Customer Experience organization and implementing structural changes to enhance efficiency. With extensive experience in customer care and advocacy, David has held senior roles at companies such as One Technologies, Intel Security, and ReachLocal, focusing on customer satisfaction metrics, crisis management, and overall customer experience strategy. David also served as Board Chairman for Blue Ocean Commerce and has a background in client services from positions at Speed FC, GSI Commerce, and Sun Microsystems. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from Brigham Young University.
