Alejandro Rothamel

Alejandro Rothamel is a legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and technology law. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Ripio since December 2018, Alejandro previously provided legal consulting for startups within the NAVES support network at IAE Business School and the IncuBA Startup program for the Buenos Aires City Government. Alejandro has a strong background in advising emerging companies on regulatory and contractual matters, particularly in technology and digital platforms, gained during tenure at Mitrani, Caballero & Ruiz Moreno - Abogados. Alejandro holds a Master in Laws from UC Berkeley, specializing in Internet and Computer Law, and has contributed to the Berkeley Technology Law Journal as an Associate Editor. Additionally, Alejandro's earlier roles included advising international corporations on intellectual property agreements and serving as an editor for a digital publication on culture.
