Max Baylis has a diverse work experience starting as a Legal Intern at the Immigrant Council of Ireland in August 2014. Max then transitioned into editorial roles at Trinity College Social and Political Review and Edward Elgar Publishing before moving into software engineering at UCAS in September 2018. Currently, they hold a lead position at Ripjar, where they are involved in developing software to combat financial crime.
Max Baylis completed their International Baccalaureate at Malvern College from 2006 to 2011. Max then pursued a Bachelor's in Laws (LL.B.) at Trinity College Dublin from 2011 to 2015. In 2013, they completed an academic exchange program in Law at The Australian National University. Later on, they obtained a Computing Science MSc from Imperial College London in 2017-2018. Additionally, they received various certifications in software development and machine learning through edX.
