Shivani Doshi

Shivani Doshi is an accomplished Senior Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in building client relationships and enhancing onboarding processes across various industries. Currently at Ripjar since August 2025, Shivani previously held similar roles at Sumsub and ComplyAdvantage, where responsibilities included managing client engagements and maintaining adherence to professional standards. At BDO Canada, Shivani developed and implemented the onboarding process for new clients, showcasing strong project management and leadership skills. A graduate of Royal Holloway, University of London with a Master’s Degree in Consumption, Culture, and Marketing, along with a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and Spanish from the University of Roehampton, Shivani has a solid educational foundation complemented by early experience in roles such as Sales Consultant at Bookatable by Michelin and Study Abroad Advisor at the University of Roehampton.
