Simon S.

Simon S. began their career in 2008 at the UK Government as a Research Engineer, where they focused on text and visual analytics. Simon later transitioned into a Software Engineering Consultant role, optimizing algorithms and code for analytics systems. In 2014, Simon joined Ripjar as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, creating text analytics for social media. Simon eventually became the Head of Analytics, leading a team in researching, building, and maintaining analytic systems related to Natural Language Processing.

Simon S. obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from the University of Durham, St John's College from 2004 to 2008. In addition, they received certifications in MongoDB for Developers from Mongo DB University in 2014 and Cryptography 1 from Coursera in 2013.
