Ian Fliflet is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in growth, marketing, communications, finance, business operations, customer care, and fundraising. Since October 2013, Ian has served as Chief Growth Officer at OfferUp, leading various organizational functions. Ian also holds the position of VP Marketing & Business Operations at Ripl, Inc. since October 2022 and has been a Board Member at GameHouse from September 2010 to September 2013. As General Manager of GameHouse Social Games, Ian oversaw popular Facebook-connected games. Prior experience includes a decade at RealNetworks, where Ian worked as Director of Corporate Development, establishing key business metrics and leading diligence in potential acquisitions. Ian earned a B.A. in Business, with a focus on Information Systems, from the University of Washington between 1996 and 2000.
