Eric Smith has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries.

Eric started their career as a Retail Sales Representative at T-Mobile in 2004, where they excelled in customer service and sales. Eric also served as a Trainer for new hires and was recognized for their fluency in Spanish, making him the preferred sales associate for the Spanish-speaking community.

Eric then worked at the National Children's Center in 2006 as a Jr. Billings & Collections Specialist, where they managed accounts receivable and provided assistance on various projects.

In 2007, Eric transitioned to the education sector and worked as a Special Education Paraprofessional at the Eden Prairie School District. Eric provided care, guidance, and tutoring to students enrolled in the Special Education Program.

Returning to T-Mobile in 2008, Eric took on the role of Commission Specialist II, where they ensured proper commission calculation and addressed questions and issues for Sales Representatives, Store Managers, and Market Managers. Eric also contributed to the testing, implementation, and integration of the Callidus compensation system.

Eric joined Microsoft's Apex Systems Inc in 2013 as a Program Manager II, contributing to project management and program delivery.

From 2014 to 2018, Eric worked at Decisive Data, initially as a Technical Project Manager and later as an Operations Program Manager. In these roles, they partnered with internal teams to oversee staffing operations, develop and launch a homegrown services product, and manage the relationship between Decisive Data and Tableau.

At T-Mobile from 2012 to 2013, Eric worked as a Program Manager, supporting commission application development and leading process improvement initiatives. Eric also served as a Writer/Editor II, developing communication strategies and managing executive-level meetings.

Eric joined Pluralstack in 2018 as a Technical Program Manager, responsible for software development projects and ensuring customer requirements were met.

From 2020 to 2022, Eric worked at Aegis Living as a Technical Program Manager, overseeing enterprise-level initiatives and managing the COVID-19 vaccine rollout. Eric also facilitated the buildout of an internal staffing agency.

Currently, Eric is a Senior Program Manager at Rippl Care, starting in 2022.

Eric Smith attended the University of Washington from 2008 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in English with a focus on English Literature (British and Commonwealth). Prior to this, in 2006, they briefly enrolled in the University of the District of Columbia for continuing education, studying general studies.
