Corinne Smith

Corinne Smith is an experienced professional in human resources and compensation, currently serving on the People Team at Ripple since July 2024. As the founder and principal at CNS Leadership Consulting, established in March 2019, Corinne provides leadership coaching and consultancy services for technology companies. Previous roles include Vice President of People at Blockdaemon and Head of People at Procore Technologies, where significant contributions were made to company growth and IPO preparations. Corinne also held key positions at Stripe, Expedia Group, Elbit Systems of America, and began a career in human resources with an internship at FloSports, complemented by earlier experience in banking at Wells Fargo. Corinne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio and is undergoing training at The Coaches Training Institute.
