Isabela Caicedo

Isabela Caicedo, MSIOP, is a Learning & Development Specialist at Ripple, where responsibilities have included positions such as Learning & Development Coordinator and Learning & Development Intern since June 2021. Prior experience includes serving as an Instructional Design Intern at the Insurance Office of America and as a Student Consultant at UCF Performance Solutions, where Isabela created research-driven documents and evaluated job candidates. Additionally, Isabela interned at AdventHealth, contributing to the design of the REACH! program and facilitating leadership trainings. As a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Central Florida, Isabela assisted in research on job instability among the aging working poor, managing participant interviews and data coding. Isabela earned a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
