Jake Silzer

Jake Silzer is a seasoned professional in information security and technical program management with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager at Ripple since November 2022, Silzer previously held roles at Dapper Labs and Coinbase, where notable contributions included founding the Security Assurance team and enhancing security programs for institutional customers. At Salesforce, from November 2009 to July 2021, Silzer held various positions that focused on trust and security, including Trust & Security Director and Distinguished Technical Architect, where responsibilities included developing security programs across APAC and leading compliance initiatives. Silzer's early career included roles at eHealth, Inc., and EY, where expertise in internal IT audits and information technology audits was developed.
