Lara Owen, FMP, SFP, currently serves as the Vice President of Places at Ripple since April 2025. Prior to this role, Lara was the Vice President of Workplace Experience at NetApp, where significant contributions included leading a $20M global real estate restructuring strategy, enhancing hybrid work culture, and implementing data-driven global operations to boost employee engagement. Additionally, Lara held various leadership positions at GitHub from August 2013 to January 2022, focusing on workplace experience and remote workforce strategies. Earlier experience includes roles at Pivotal Labs, where responsibilities spanned office management and project coordination for new office openings. Lara holds an MFA in Printmaking from the Academy of Art University and a BA in Fine Art from Bryn Mawr College.
