Maxime F. currently serves as Vice President of Ripple Trading and Markets at Ripple since November 2021, previously holding the position of Senior Director for Global Institutional Markets. Prior to Ripple, Maxime was Chief Operating Officer at Global Precious Metals Pte. Ltd. from April 2019 to November 2021, and also held roles as Strategic Advisor and CEO at Alphien SAS between December 2017 and November 2021. Additional experience includes co-founding Golden Compass Quant, serving as Director of Corporate Development and Director of Strategy & Execution at CME Group, and partnerships and managerial roles at System2 Capital Management and Solvay. Maxime holds two MBAs from INSEAD and a Master of Science in engineering from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers.
