Nancy M. is a Senior Product Manager specializing in decentralized finance (DeFi) with extensive experience in product management across various financial and technological sectors. At Ripple, Nancy successfully launched the first iteration of the Automated Market Maker (AMM) on the XRPL and initiated innovative lending protocols. Prior experience at OKX included the launch of fiat-to-crypto features and the integration of Web3 with traditional finance. As a former Product Owner at Shopee, Nancy led the development of investment features and a fund marketplace. Earlier roles involved overseeing client trading solutions at CGS International Securities and implementing trading platforms at OCBC Securities and Phillip Securities. Nancy holds multiple master’s degrees from Nanyang Technological University and a postgraduate diploma from the National University of Singapore.
