Susan Tan, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Crypto Accounting at Ripple since August 2022, having previously held the position of Senior Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes roles at the State Compensation Insurance Fund from July 2017 to March 2022, where Susan was the Acting Assistant Controller and Senior Accounting Manager, as well as a Senior Financial Analyst in corporate Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior to that, Susan worked as a Consultant at RoseRyan from September 2010 to June 2017, focusing on global consolidations for Logitech. Earlier experience at CMF Associates in China and Philadelphia involved managing due diligence projects as a Project Manager and targeting business development for M&A transactions. Susan holds a Master of Arts in International Economics from East China Normal University and a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Management from Shandong University of Finance and Economics.
