As Chair of the Board of Directors and Co-founding CEO at RippleEffects from November 1997 to December 2022, Alice led a self-sustaining organization focused on utilizing emerging technologies to prevent children's social injuries while promoting their success through innovative digital social-emotional learning systems. Prior to this role, Alice owned and served as Principal at AR Consulting from January 1986 to December 1998, delivering consulting services to over 100 organizations and producing award-winning films. Additionally, as Executive Director at the Committee for Children from January 1982 to December 1988, Alice established a prominent non-profit organization dedicated to prevention education, significantly impacting child abuse prevention efforts in schools nationwide.
