Sue Olson

Sue Olson is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership, strategic initiatives, and transformational change across various sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member and VP of Programs at StartupExperts and a transformational leader, advisor, and fractional CHRO at Red Thread Consulting, Olson has a proven track record in building and enhancing HR functions within organizations. Past roles include significant contributions at Turn, where Olson held multiple HR leadership positions culminating in a Vice President role, and at DemandTec, where Olson was instrumental during its acquisition by IBM. With a degree in Business Administration Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a commitment to community and nonprofit work, Olson also serves as an Expert in Residence at Rippleworks.
