Ben Pollack

Ben Pollack is an experienced marketing leader currently serving as the Head of Marketing at Rippling, where responsibilities include overseeing the marketing organization for Rippling's IT product. In addition, Ben Pollack is a GTM Expert in Residence at First Round Capital, advising portfolio companies on growth marketing strategies and scalable go-to-market approaches. Previously, Ben Pollack held marketing leadership roles at Parabola and ChartHop, where significant contributions to growth marketing and demand generation were made. Ben Pollack also served as an advisor at Battlecard, providing strategic insights. Ben Pollack earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Amherst College.
