Benjamin Heintz

Benjamin Heintz is currently a Senior Engineering Manager at Rippling, where they support the Permissions Team by building a platform that ensures appropriate access for users. Previously, Benjamin worked on real-time messaging infrastructure at Twitter and contributed to infrastructure projects at Meta, focusing on stream processing and capacity management. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from Northwestern University, as well as both a Master of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Additionally, Benjamin has experience as a flight instructor and has participated in various internships in software engineering and research.
