Bryant Chen

Bryant Chen is a machine learning engineer at Rippling, drawing upon a robust research background and extensive industry experience. They earned a Ph.D. in AI from UCLA, specializing in causal inference under the mentorship of Turing Laureate Judea Pearl, and have published over 20 papers in premier conferences. Bryant previously held positions at IBM Research, Brex, and Northwestern University, where they led teams and projects focused on AI solutions and deep learning innovations. Currently, they focus on developing scalable AI and data-driven solutions for complex financial challenges at Slope.
