Cat Ladd

Cat Ladd currently holds the position of Senior Mid-Market Account Executive at Rippling, having joined the company in July 2023 as part of the founding team for a new business line focused on Spend Management. Prior to Rippling, Ladd served as a Mid-Market Account Executive at Gem from May 2019 to July 2023, with previous roles including Senior Manager of Sales Development, Manager of Sales Development, and Senior Sales Development Representative. Earlier experience includes a Sales Development Representative role at eightfold.ai, where Ladd received the 2018 Pipeline Master Award and was nominated for the 2019 AA-ISP Top 25 SDR.
