Chase Adams

Chase Adams is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and payments law. Currently serving as President of Rippling Payments, Inc. and Lead Counsel for Payments Compliance at Rippling since October 2023, Chase previously held significant roles at Coinbase as Associate General Counsel and Senior Counsel for Regulatory matters from September 2021 to July 2023. Prior to that, Chase was the Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Counsel at CoinList, and served as Securities Counsel at Dale Scott & Company. As the Founder and Securities Counsel at Municipal Disclosure Advisors, Chase laid the groundwork for a specialized practice. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Washington University in St. Louis.
