Dan Schwer is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in brand design and creative direction. Currently serving as the Director of Brand Design at Rippling since July 2022, Dan leads a team of over 20 multidisciplinary designers and copywriters, focusing on brand vision, quality of craft, and execution pace. Previously, Dan held the position of Creative Director, Brand at Uber from October 2018 to July 2022, where leadership and mentorship were key in establishing effective creative processes. Dan's career also includes roles at Huge as Associate Creative Director and MM as Art Director, where responsibilities involved developing digital products and engaging narratives. Dan's foundational experience includes positions at Sequence, FINE Design Group, and America SCORES Bay Area, encompassing diverse design projects and marketing strategies. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from Sonoma State University.
