Eric Tuy is currently the Lead Commercial Counsel at Rippling since June 2025 and serves as a Charter Member of The L Suite (TechGC), an exclusive community for General Counsels. Prior roles include Associate General Counsel at Truework until its acquisition in April 2025, and General Counsel at Atom Finance, which was acquired in 2024. Eric has extensive experience in legal counsel positions, having served as Senior Counsel and Counsel at Figure, as well as Senior Counsel at Starcity until its acquisition in June 2021. Previous experiences include Senior Associate Attorney at Archer Norris and Associate Attorney roles at Abrams Garfinkel Margolis Bergson, LLP, Weidenbaum & Harari LLP, and Hanley & Goble LLP. Eric Tuy holds a Juris Doctor degree from Cardozo School of Law with a special concentration in Intellectual Property and Communications Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Minor in Business Studies from New York University.
