Joanne Chang is the Global Head of Tax at Rippling, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, they served as Vice President of Tax at Lending Club from 2015 to 2023, and as Managing Director of Corporate Tax at Charles Schwab from 2008 to 2015. Joanne's earlier experiences include roles at Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager and at KPMG US as a Tax Senior. They are currently pursuing education at the University of California, Berkeley.
