With 15 years of experience in high-growth B2B Fintech companies, Joe has successfully led product initiatives from inception to scale, integrating AI into core workflows. Prior to Rippling, Joe served as Head of Product at Silverfin, facilitating the launch of UK and Global Platform products, and founded a Fintech consultancy. Joe also held a managerial role at PwC UK, where they gained expertise in delivering professional services to blue-chip companies. Joe holds an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology and a First Class Honours degree in Financial Mathematics from the University of Kent.
