Justin Smith is an experienced product leader with a strong background in design and engineering. Currently serving as Product Lead at Rippling since June 2022, Justin has previously held significant roles such as Head of Product for Human-in-the-loop AI and Lead Product Manager at Olive. Prior roles include contributions at Guild Education as a Product and Principal Designer, and as Lead Product Designer at Narrative Science. Justin also gained experience at Amazon as a Product Lead focused on Alexa's voice and system design, and has held design and engineering positions at Atelier Ten and Integral Group, Inc. Justin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from Purdue University, completing studies in 2010.
