Kitty Kwan is currently the VP of Operations at Rippling, having held various roles within the company since 2021, including Head of Tax Product Operations and Senior Director of Product Operations. Prior to Rippling, Kitty worked as an Engagement Manager and Consultant at McKinsey & Company from 2020 to 2021. They also gained experience as a Part-time Associate at Montage Ventures and a Product Manager at Element Analytics in 2017.
