Laks Srini is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in product development and engineering. Currently, Laks is focused on building new products at Rippling since February 2025. Prior roles include serving as Chief Technology Officer at Flyhomes and Co-founder and CTO at Zerodown, which provides affordable homeownership solutions in the Bay Area. Laks co-founded Zenefits, specializing in benefits and payroll, and gained valuable experience as a software developer at SigFig and as a project leader at D. E. Shaw & Co. Laks began the professional journey with internships at various esteemed organizations, including Intel and Covansys, and holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from PSG College of Technology.
