Lauren Ward

Lauren Ward is an experienced professional in the field of customer education and technical documentation. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Education Content at Rippling since January 2021, Lauren oversees the creation of Help Center content, self-paced certification, and introductory courses on Rippling U. Prior to this role, Lauren worked at Bloomberg LP from August 2013 to October 2019 as a Team Leader in Product Documentation, managing a team of writers and collaborating with engineering teams on client documentation and technical tools. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Technical Writer at Imagine Software, developing user guides and release notes, as well as an editorial internship and freelance writing role at the Central Penn Business Journal. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Politics and Economics from Penn State University.
