Liz Freda

Liz Freda currently serves as Manager of SMB Account Management at Rippling since July 2025. Previously, from July 2017 to July 2025, Liz held the position of Vice President of Client Service at AlphaSights, where a $21 million book of business was managed across global consulting clients, achieving a 25% CAGR through strategic management and upselling. Liz built and scaled a 45-person cross-functional team and fostered internal promotions through coaching. Prior experiences include roles at Brown Brothers Harriman as a Business Integration Co-op, at Play for Change as an Events and Fundraising Intern, and at Tremont Strategies Group as a Research Assistant. Liz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Affairs with a focus on Business Administration from Northeastern University and possesses a high school diploma from Hall High School.
