Matthew Chua

Matthew Chua is an experienced Implementation Manager at Rippling, with a strong background in HRMS/Payroll software transitions for enterprise clients, gained through roles at UKG and Ultimate Software as a Solution Consultant and System Consultant, respectively. Matthew's expertise includes employee data management, data translations, and collaborating with both company and client teams. Prior to these roles, experience as a Lab Technician at EMSL Analytical, Inc. involved the preparation and analysis of various samples, and earlier positions included management and administrative functions at the UCR Institute for Integrative Genome Biology and leadership as President of the Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity.
