Megan Frederick

Megan Frederick (Beischel) currently serves as Manager of Global Implementation (NAMER) at Rippling, overseeing global payroll and benefits operations across Canada, the UK, Ireland, New Zealand, and Singapore since October 2023. Prior to this role, Megan worked at Ascensus as an Installation Coordinator from December 2020 to October 2023 and held various positions at Paycor, including Implementation Consultant, Associate Implementation Consultant, and Sales Development Representative, from January 2018 to December 2020. Early career experiences include internships at Kroger, Bayer Becker, and Curiosity Advertising. Megan holds a BBA in Marketing and International Business from the University of Cincinnati and completed a semester exchange program at TBS Education in Toulouse, France.
