Mona Sharma

Mona Sharma is an experienced product leader currently serving as the Product Lead for the Benefits Marketplace at Rippling since April 2024. Prior to this role, Mona held the position of Senior Product Manager, Growth at Airbase from May 2021 to April 2024, focusing on pricing plans, customer onboarding, and engagement strategies for freemium users. From June 2013 to May 2021, Mona worked at InMobi, advancing from Senior Product Manager for Demand Side Platforms to Global Head of Product Marketing for Publisher Platforms. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Capgemini and as a Lecturer at Don Bosco Institute of Technology. Mona holds an MBA in Marketing from S.P.
