Nickil HS is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently working at Rippling since July 2025. Previously served as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Upstox, where oversight of recruitment efforts across all departments was provided, collaborating closely with the leadership team. Prior to this, Nickil held a role as Recruiting Leader for Amazon in the APAC region, managing a team to facilitate mid and senior-level hiring for various business units. Nickil's career includes significant contributions at Twilio as Principal Talent Partner, where success in establishing the R&D Talent Acquisition framework in the APAC region was achieved. Early career experiences at Amazon involved progressively responsible roles in recruitment, supporting large-scale hiring initiatives. Other roles include a brief tenure in corporate sales at Naukri.com and an internship in inside sales. Nickil holds an MBA in Marketing and HR from Amity University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources from New Horizon College of Engineering.
