Rodrigo R. is a compliance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Compliance Americas at Rippling since August 2025, Rodrigo holds the position of Chief Compliance Officer for Rippling Payments, Rippling Canada, and Rippling Lending.
