Ryan Hill

Ryan Hill is a finance professional with extensive experience in strategic finance, financial analysis, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Director of R&D Strategic Finance at Rippling since September 2021, Ryan previously held senior finance roles at Salesforce, where responsibilities included managing finance relationships with executives and driving budgeting processes for substantial teams and expenses. Earlier experience at Deloitte involved business readiness for accounting standards and system design support, while previous investment banking roles at Brookwood Associates showcased leadership in financial analysis and client engagement. Ryan earned an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business from Emory University.
